OANDA Europe’ compliance specialist Siddhartha Valluri has parted ways with the group, according to a recent regulatory filing. His departure from the FCA-regulated FX, CFD and spread-betting provider marks the end of a nearly four-year stint that saw him originally appointed as Global Chief Risk & Compliance Officer in September 2014.

Prior to OANDA, Mr. Valluri held a multitude of senior level roles at multiple companies and industries, dating back to 1995. These include roles at Odessa Capital Management, LLC as its Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer, as well as other positions at Egon Zehnder International, Salient Search, and McKinsey & Company, according to information made public on his LinkedIn profile.
For the entirety of his tenure with the firm, Mr. Valluri was tasked with risk management and regulatory compliance operations including managing relationships and regulatory reporting to 7 global regulators – NFA/CFTC (USA), FCA (UK), MAS (Singapore), JFSA (Japan), ASIC (Australia), IIROC (Canada) and FMA (New Zealand).
