Provenir Appoints Paul Spiteri as VP of Business Development

Risk management provider Provenir has fortified its North American unit with the addition of financial services veteran Paul Spiteri.

Provenir, a risk management solutions provider, has appointed Paul Spiteri as its newest Vice President (VP) of Business Development in North America, according to a Provenir statement.

In his new role as the VP of Business Development, Mr. Spiteri will be heading the regional sales team for North America – he will be reporting to Jeff Oulton, President and Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of Provenir, based out of New York City.

Mr. Spiteri joins Provenir from Misys, having served as its Global Sales Director for Lending and North American Sales Director. Collectively, he boasts nearly 15 years of senior level experience working at financial services software providers.

According to Mr. Oulton in a recent statement on the appointment, “As Provenir continues to grow, we are excited to welcome Paul Spiteri, who will be a great asset in the North American region and beyond.
