Plus500 Taps Paul Vincent Boyle as Non-Executive Director
- Global FX and CFD service provider Plus500 has appointed Paul Vincent Boyle OBE as its newest Non-Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2015.
Global FX and CFD service provider Plus500 has appointed Paul Vincent Boyle OBE as its newest non-executive director and member of the board of directors, effective January 1, 2015.
In his new role as non-executive director and member of the board, Mr. Boyle will complement the trio of Alastair Gordon, Charles Fairbairn and Daniel King as UK-based non-executives of the Company.
Mr. Boyle has an extensive resume, currently working as the chief audit officer at Aviva Plc since 2012. Prior to joining Aviva, he was also the chief executive of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC).
In addition to the FRC, Mr. Boyle has also served at the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in a number of senior level roles, including chief operating officer, among others.
According to Alastair Gordon, chairman of Plus500, in a recent statement on the appointment, "We're delighted to welcome a non-executive of the calibre of Paul Boyle to the board of Plus500.
