NordFX Cyprus Hires Eleonora Symeou as Marketing Manager

Symeou will be tasked with managing the firm’s marketing capabilities based out of its headquarters in Limassol.

NordFX Cyprus, a retail investment and multi-asset trading broker, has hired Eleonora Symeou, a relatively new entrant to the FX industry, to take on the role of its Marketing Manager, according to information made public on her Linkedin profile.

In this capacity, Symeou will be tasked with managing the CySEC-regulated firm’s global marketing capabilities based out of its headquarter in Limassol, Cyprus. Her mandate will focus on bolstering the firm’s brand strategy, its product marketing efforts, corporate communications, and digital marketing efforts.

Prior to joining NordFX, Eleonora worked for international companies to build digital strategies and create online experiences, but she never teamed up with FX brands across the region. This includes marketing roles and stops at Satellite Bar and Digital Content Manager at Cc Markets.

NordFX CY is a multi-asset brokerage that has been known for a rather conservative approach to the services it offers to its clients. Since 2008, for almost ten years now, the company has specialized in trading exclusively with currency pairs only, no CFD’s or spot metals.

But as demand for cryptocurrency trading has spiked in recent months, NordFX’s trading account suite has been expanded with another new account – Crypto, which allows transactions with three crypto-currency pairs – BTCUSD, LTCUSD, and ETHUSD.

Earlier in April, the company announced the launch of its risk allocation management model (RAMM) platform. The new platform is based on institutional risk management systems and, as its name suggests, aims to enable users to have greater control over their risk management capabilities.
