National Futures Association Re-Elects Michael Dawley as its Chairman
- Dawley has re-elected as the group's chairman, along with a cadre of other public directors.

The National Futures Association (NFA), one of the leading regulatory authorities in the United States, has re-elected a key member of its board, with Michael C. Dawley, Managing Director, Goldman Sachs & Co., slated to serve another one year term as chairman, according to a regulatory filing.

In addition, per the latest round of board votes, the group also re-elected Maureen C. Downs, President of Rosenthal Collins Group LLC, to serve as Vice-Chairman. She joins the following other public directors, who have been elected to serve two year terms:
- Douglas E. Harris, Promontory Financial Group LLC;
- Charles P. Nastro;
- Ronald S. Oppenheimer, Vitol, Inc.;
- Todd E. Petzel, Offit Capital Advisors LLC; and
- Michael R. Schaefer.
