ICM Capital On-Boards Faisal Anwar as its Head of Digital

Faisal Anwar joins ICM Capital as its Head of Digital, helping the group expand its brand.

ICM Capital has continued in its hiring, this time bringing in Faisal Anwar as its newest Head of Digital, who joins the group with immediate effect, Finance Magnates has learned.

Mr. Anwar lands at ICM Capital in London and will be tasked with developing and implementing a new marketing plan to help drive the group’s profits. Additionally he will be handling marketing communications strategy at ICM Capital and helping manage the company’s brand and brand strategy.

He joins ICM Capital from First Rate FX, having worked at the group for over two years. Additional stops also include roles at Alpari UK as an analyst and Senior Relationships Representative, dating back to 2009. Mr. Anwar began his career over a decade ago at Citi as its Corporate Sales and Structuring Manager, according to information made public on his LinkedIn profile.

According to Shoaib Abedi, Director at ICM Capital, in a statement on the appointment to Finance Magnates: “The key to our continued success lies in our people. Faisal with his broad 12 years of experience is a welcome addition to the ICM Capital team.”

Last week, the group saw multiple moves to its personnel group, with Elizabeth Rayment leaving, ending a stint lasting over five years as its Marketing Manager in Dubai. In her stead, ICM Capital appointed Sara Damaj to the role.
