FXPrimus’ COO Stephen Leahy Parts Ways With Group

FXPrimus has incurred a sizable void in its management team as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) Stephen Leahy has parted ways with the broker, roughly one year after joining the company, Finance Magnates has learned.

Mr. Leahy originally joined FXPrimus in March 2015, following a transition over from oneZero Financial Systems. During his tenure at FXPrimus, he helped oversee and steer the company’s business units on a daily basis, whilst expanding efficiency across the entire company. Mr. Leahy confirmed the departure to Finance Magnates – it is unclear where his next destination is.

Prior to joining FXPrimus, Mr. Leahy worked as the Head of Business Development at oneZero for nearly two years dating back to 2013. The entirety of his career has been relegated to FX, which has spanned over fourteen years.

In addition, he has been a mainstay in the industry at a variety of other companies, including senior level roles at Capital Markets Access Partners, Back Bay FX Services, United Global Markets and IFX Markets since 2002, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
