UniCredit has recruited the ex-BNP Paribas head of institutional FX Francois Boisson, naming him as its newest global head of institutional FX sales. His appointment is effective immediately.

Back in October, longtime FX veteran Andrea Anselmetti landed at UniCredit’s London branch as its advisor for institutional and large FX corporate sales, following a brief absence from the FX industry and departure from Barclays.

In his new role as the global head of institutional FX sales, Mr. Boisson will be based out of London, reporting locally to Bernd Bröker, UniCredit’s global head of G-10 FX and deputy head of FX. The position has been left vacant for over a year, following the departure of Steve Turner.
