Munish Gautam joins Broadridge
Broadridge

global trading platforms business, as the financial technology company
continues building its front-office capabilities for capital markets clients.
JPMorgan Trading Tech Veteran
Jumps to Broadridge
Gautam will
take on the role of Global Head of Trading Platforms—Product Management
within Broadridge's Trading & Connectivity Solutions division. He'll work
out of London and report to Brian Pomraning, the unit's Chief Product Officer.
The hire
comes as Broadridge
looks to expand its trading technology offerings beyond its traditional
back-office services. Gautam spent over 15 years at JPMorgan, where he most
recently served as executive director and led the bank's cash equities product
team for global trading platforms.

“Munish
has a proven track record developing and managing comprehensive trading
solutions at a global scale, and we are delighted to welcome him to the
team,” Pomraning said in a statement. “His extensive experience in
building high-performance trading systems coupled with a deep understanding of
global market structure and regulatory environments will be instrumental as we
continue to evolve our solutions.”
During his
time at the Wall Street giant, Gautam oversaw major technology overhauls that
touched everything from client onboarding to trade execution and regulatory
compliance. His LinkedIn profile shows he worked on expanding JPMorgan's
trading capabilities into emerging markets including South Africa, Saudi
Arabia, and Turkey.
Gautam's
background includes earlier stints at Credit Suisse and consulting firm
Cognizant. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore
and is a CFA charterholder.
The
executive said he sees an opportunity to help Broadridge's clients navigate
increasingly complex trading environments. “Clients today need trading
platforms that not only deliver low-latency cross-channel execution and
adaptability but also respond to ongoing regulatory and structural
changes,” Gautam said.

Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav sits down with Finance Magnates to discuss the core technology challenges facing CFD brokers and proprietary trading firms today.
Jadhav explains how the industry's reliance on batch processing and fragmented systems (where CRMs, risk tools, and trading platforms operate with separate 'sources of truth') leads to delayed data and inconsistent operational decisions. He argues that real-time event processing is essential for managing fast-moving trading activity and risk.
Learn how Altima's unified, event-driven architecture, connecting Altima CRM, Altima Prop, IB systems, and risk management through a single backbone, is designed to provide synchronous data and better operational coordination for modern brokerage and prop firm stacks.
Key Topics:
- Broker and Prop Firm Data Challenges
- The problem of delayed data processing (batch processing vs. real-time events)
- Fragmented systems and conflicting data sources
- Altima's unified, event-driven solution architecture
- The concept of a "risk-aware CRM"
- Built-in risk management in Altima Prop
