Former ADS Securities Exec Bryan Seegers Lands at Jefferies in New eFX Role

Mr. Seegers joins Jefferies as its SVP - Quant Relationship Management in New York.

Finance Magnates has learned that Bryan Seegers, the former ADS Securities executive, has landed in a new senior role at Jefferies. He has joined the group as its Senior Vice President (SVP), Quant Relationship Management, and steps into his new position with immediate effect.

In his new role, Mr. Seegers will be focusing on the group’s eFX algo offering, reporting to Ray Kamrath, Global Head of FX at Jefferies – he will be based out of New York.

Mr. Seegers joins Jefferies following a lengthy career in the foreign exchange industry. Most recently he worked at ADS Securities as its Co-Head of Global eFX Coverage. He was promoted to the role following a four-year stint with the company. He held multiple senior positions at the group, including as Director and Head of eFX Pricing and Execution, when he was responsible for ADS’ global execution FX offering. He originally joined ADS Securities as a Senior FX Dealer in 2012.

Prior to joining ADS Securities, he worked at Alpari US for three years as Manager of its Retail Trading Desk in New York before being elevated to the role of Principal, Chief Dealer. Additional roles also include stops at Ikon Global Markets as an Associate, FX Trader, as well as Raymond James Financial as a Client Services Specialist, among others, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
