IS Prime has continued bringing in veteran hires and industry specialists to its recently launched Hong Kong office, now with the addition of Crystal Ho as its Vice President Sales – North Asia. Her appointment at IS Prime Hong Kong will help the group continue to grow its operations following its opening earlier this year.
IS Prime Hong Kong has been actively hiring in 2017 – since its launch in February, the group has managed to build a talented group to help service clients in Asia that has included Will Robbins and others. In the new role Ho will be working in tandem with another recent addition to IS Prime Hong Kong’s team, Sue Cheung, who holds a similar role. Ho will be reporting directly to Mr. Robbins, currently the Head of Asia at IS Prime Hong Kong.

The hire of Ho to IS Prime Hong Kong also comes at a key juncture for the group as it looks to finalize its Securities and Future’s Commission (SFC) regulatory application – as a qualified Responsible Officer (RO), she is also ideally suited for this role. She joins IS Prime Hong Kong after a decorated career in the FX space, including five years at Forex.com in Hong Kong.
In this capacity, she rose from the ranks of Client Services Representative to that of Forex Specialist, Team Lead, and Responsible Officer. Her mandate at Forex.com also included building, developing, and management of a sales team in full compliance of SFC regulatory requirements – her familiarity with the jurisdiction and requisite regulations makes her an asset in her new role. Additional positions also include stints as a Senior Investment Consultant at South China Forex Limited.
Mr. Robbins commented on the new hire: “Crystal will be an invaluable member of our team. She has an impressive track record in sales and strong client management skills. She also has an in-depth understanding of SFC regulatory requirements, adding further credibility to our offering.”
“This is a great opportunity for me to join an ambitious organisation and play a key role in client acquisition and driving growth in the region,” added Crystal.
