In his new role as BofA Merrill Lynch’s head, Mr. Steinberg will focus on both American business operations and the bank’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) – he will be beginning his new role only in May.
Prior to landing at BofA Merrill Lynch, Mr. Steinberg served as the Managing Director at Credit Suisse for nearly five years, focusing on strategic advisory and M&A. Before this he also worked for five years in a similar role.
