This is the second appointment of a head in less than a month at Societe Generale, which recently named Nick Gionfriddo as its Head of OTC Clearing Sales in North America this past December.

In addition to his appointment as the Global Head of Commercial, Marketing and Liquidity Management, Mr. Baurand has also joined Societe Generale’s executive committee. He has replaced Massimo Cotella, who departed from the group earlier last year.
