RBC Taps Joel Goh as Managing Director, co-Head of Brokerage, Futures

The Royal Bank of Canada’s (RBC) Wealth Management Division has just appointed Joel Goh to the role of Managing Director and co-Head of Brokerage and Futures in Northern Asia, following a lengthy tenure of 20 years in the industry.

This represents the second move by the RBC in a week, albeit via one of its subsidiaries, RBC Global Asset Management, with the naming of Clive Brown as its CEO and Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

In his new role, Mr. Goh will be wearing multiple hats, helping develop the group’s wealth management operations and also contributing in its brokerage and futures division in Northern Asia, whilst based in Hong Kong. He will be reporting to Michael Yong-Haron, the current Managing Director and Head of RBC Wealth Management in North Asia.
