Scope Markets, Trade Capital Markets

Sherekete has extensive experience from across the FX and CFD space. Previously, he worked as a Dealer and later a Senior Dealer at Scope Markets. His industry background also includes a role as Chief Dealer at the Cyprus Investment Firm Trade Capital Markets.

The move comes when D Prime, the retail and institutional brokerage division of Doo Group, appears to be vacating its Limassol office. An employee recently told FinanceMagnates.com that staff were notified the broker plans to leave the premises within two weeks.

The Limassol location is one of two offices operated by Doo Group in the city. The company confirmed the move, stating that “Doo Group is realigning its operational structure.”

“In preparation for the next phase of its global growth strategy, Doo Group is realigning its operational structure to enhance efficiency and concentrate resources within key strategic regions. Doo Group extends its sincere appreciation to all team members for their dedication and contributions over the years. The Group remains committed to supporting employees throughout this transition,” the broker said.

Recent Developments at Doo Group

Earlier, Doo Prime rebranded as D Prime, unveiling a new logo, website, and color scheme. The company said that it planned to expand into new markets, integrate artificial intelligence into its offerings, and introduce environmentally focused investment products.

Last year, Doo Financial secured a regulatory license from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, enabling the broker to expand its services across the European Union through passporting rights.

Additionally, PT. Doo Financial Futures, a subsidiary of Doo Group, obtained regulatory approval from Indonesia’s commodities and futures trading regulator, Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi.
