The investment comes as Bullish plans SPAC move.

Once the SPAC transaction is completed, Thomas Farley, an ex-president of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). and Far Peak’s CEO will be appointed as the new CEO of Bullish.

The filings with the SEC revealed that SoftBank, which last year generated more than $56 billion in revenue, made the commitment through a $300 million private offering by Bullish held last week. The SPAC deal is set to feature $300 million in committed investment from Galaxy Digital, EFM Asset Management and BlackRock.
