Forest Park FX Appoints Alejandra Diaz as Director of Technology Development

Forest Park FX has onboarded Alejandra Diaz, who joins the US-based global introducing broker with over a decade of experience across leading software and sales roles.

In her new role as its Director of Technology Development, Alejandra will be based out of New York, working extensively with Park FX’s teams globally. As a veteran of software engineering, she will head the company’s reinvestment in trading technology to deliver custom technology solutions. Diaz’s previous experience with multiple projects as well as technology relating to FX will be an asset to the group.

Before this appointment, Alejandra was Chief Operations Officer at MARC FinTech where she worked with a team of technology professionals to provide reporting software, programming strategies, API integration for the FX and CFD markets both at the retail and institutional level.

Diaz started her career in the FX industry since 2007 when she was appointed by global brokerage FXCM as Sales Representative. Her success led her to a series of promotions during a six-year tenure with FXCM. This included serving as an Institutional Sales Specialist, where she worked with FX related service providers in Latin America and Spain to partner with them as IBs and money managers. This was followed by a transition to the Financial Services Team in New York and then a Programming Services Senior Consultant. Most recently, Alejandra was promoted to head Programming Services team which included staff spread across four different offices, including consultants, QA specialist, and developers.
