Finance Magnates spoke with Dmitry Vasko, Operation Manager at JustMarkets.
Can you tell me about JustMarkets loyalty program and how this aligns with the company’s long-term strategy?
Sure thing! For a long time we have been working purposefully to create the best conditions not only for our clients, but also for our valued partners. And the fruit of these efforts is our new Partner Loyalty Program. This program makes cooperation with JustMarkets even more profitable. It fully corresponds to our mission - “To create a convenient and transparent trading environment so that everyone can reach their full investment potential. We strive to offer superior spreads, execution, and service.” And our long-term goals, which we set for ourselves, are really impossible to achieve without such highly professional cooperation with partners.
What are some benefits of the Partner Loyalty program and the criteria behind some of these rewards?
The program offers an array of luxurious rewards, including high-end luxury cars, dream international vacations, elite watches, yacht trips and cash prizes up to $200,000. Criteria are straightforward: partners must ensure their referred trading volume meets targeted milestones, maintain a minimum of 10 active clients within the last three months, and ensure consistent client engagement.
Dmitry Vasko, Operation Manager at JustMarkets
Partner growth is essential to maintain a strong and active client base. How is JustMarkets’ program designed to achieve this aim and position for sustained success?
Our program is carefully designed to encourage partner growth. By setting clear goals and providing exceptional rewards, we aim to motivate our partners to expand their networks and improve performance, laying the foundation for sustained success.
How is JustMarkets’ program structure beneficial for partners and are there any specific milestones that partners should be cognizant of?
Let me explain the structure of our program. We have carefully designed it to include 11 milestones, each offering its own set of rewards. These range from luxury gifts to cash alternatives, catering to the different preferences of our partners. Importantly, our program is structured to encourage continuous growth. Even after reaching the 11th milestone, the journey doesn't end there. Partners have the opportunity to continually increase their cash rewards by consistently increasing their customer engagement. Not only does this structure directly benefit our partners, but it is fully aligned with our vision of a dynamic, growth-oriented partnership.
The program is known for its innovation in partner engagement. In what ways does the loyalty program fit in with partner engagement strategies and how is this unique in the industry?
At JustMarkets, our partner loyalty program is built on a foundation of proactive partner engagement that sets it apart in the industry. We actively solicit feedback from our partners and conduct thorough market research to ensure our program meets and exceeds expectations.
One of our key innovations is the rejection of the classic model of monthly payments. Now, as soon as a partner reaches a certain milestone, they are immediately rewarded. And they can receive it at any time as long as they are working with us!
Also, it is worth mentioning that we have allocated a budget of approximately $500,000 for prizes and cash rewards for each partner, with plans to increase this amount in the future. This level of investment in our partners is unprecedented and truly sets JustMarkets' loyalty program apart from others in the market. Our goal is not just to reward loyalty, but to create a thriving community where each partner feels valued and empowered to grow without boundaries.
Encouraging new and existing partners is essential for any partner program. What incentives does JustMarkets have for existing partners?
We understand how important it is to develop new relationships and value our existing partners. That's why we have seamlessly integrated all existing partners into our loyalty program, ensuring a smooth transition without any additional action on their part.
The beauty of this integration is its simplicity and inclusiveness. Our existing partners automatically become part of this new, exciting journey, and they can continue to focus on what they do best: growing their partner network with us. In doing so, they unlock the potential for the extensive benefits and rewards offered by the program.
Are there any future plans in the pipeline for partnerships with JustMarkets, namely in regard to potential enhancements to its existing program?
Sure! At JustMarkets we adhere to the principle of continuous learning and development. This philosophy drives us to constantly improve and innovate in all aspects of our business, including our partner relationships. Through our partner loyalty program, we are already targeting future improvements. One of the key areas we are focusing on is increasing our budget for prizes and cash rewards.
In addition, we are committed to simplifying the customer engagement process. Our goal is to make it as simple and efficient as possible so that our partners can easily and effectively grow their networks.
And, of course, we are constantly focusing on improving the overall trading experience on our platform. We aim to make JustMarkets an increasingly profitable and attractive option for partners to bring their clients.

Charlotte reflects on the Summit so far and talks about the culture inside fintech banks today. We look at the pressures that come with scaling, and how firms can hold onto the nimble approach that made them stand out early on.
We also cover the state of payments ahead of her appearance on the payments roundtable: the blockages financial firms face, the areas that still need fixing, and what a realistic solution looks like in 2026.

In this conversation, we sit down with Drew Niv, CSO at ATFX Connect and one of the most influential figures in modern FX.
We speak about market structure, the institutional view on liquidity, and the sharp rise of prop trading, a sector Drew has been commenting on in recent months. Drew explains why he once dismissed prop trading, why his view changed, and what he now thinks the model means for brokers, clients and risk managers.
We explore subscription-fee dependency, the high reneging rate, and the long-term challenge: how brokers can build a more stable and honest version of the model. Drew also talks about the traffic advantage standalone prop firms have built and why brokers may still win in the long run if they take the right approach.

In this conversation, we speak with Aydin Bonabi, CEO and co-founder of Surveill, a firm focused on fraud detection and AI-driven compliance tools for financial institutions.
We start with Aydin’s view of the Summit and the challenges brokers face as fraud tactics grow more complex. He explains how firms can stay ahead through real-time signals, data patterns, and early-stage detection.
We also talk about AI training and why compliance teams often struggle to keep models accurate, fair, and aligned with regulatory expectations. Aydin breaks down what “good” AI training looks like inside a financial environment, including the importance of clean data, domain expertise, and human oversight.
He closes with a clear message: fraud is scaling, and so must the tools that stop it.
