  • One configurable foundation helps financial institutions launch new offerings, serve clients and adapt their operations
FYNXT

FYNXT, a Singapore-headquartered financial technology company, today announced the launch of its new operating platform for capital markets and a refreshed brand identity. Unveiled at a private Dubai event on 21 September, the platform connects client experience, financial operations and service providers, giving institutions greater control over how they configure and evolve their businesses.

New markets, client expectations and commercial opportunities require financial institutions to change how they operate. Yet disconnected systems and development backlogs can make those changes difficult to deliver. FYNXT brings client information, workflows and business rules onto a shared foundation that institutions can configure around their own operating model.

“The firms we work with know how they want to serve their clients. Too often, the difficulty is turning that into the way their systems work,” said Aeby Samuel, Founder and CEO of FYNXT. “We rebuilt FYNXT to put more of that control in their hands. They can shape their client journeys and operations around their business, while keeping permissions, approvals and accountability in place.”

One foundation shaped around each institution

The platform combines financial CRM, digital onboarding, client and partner portals, account management, payments and incentive capabilities. Institutions can select the capabilities relevant to their business and connect supported trading platforms and service providers.

No-code builders allow business teams to configure everyday changes to data fields, forms, journeys, workflows and reporting. Shared records connect the client experience with the operations behind it, reducing the need to recreate information and processes across separate tools.

Configure the business with control

The platform’s builders share a data model, so teams can reuse the same fields across forms, workflows and reporting. For example, an onboarding field can inform an approval rule and appear in a dashboard without being recreated in separate tools. Draft and published versions, field-level permissions and audit trails support controlled change.

The platform is designed to build on existing technology investments. Institutions can adopt capabilities in stages, with integration and rollout plans shaped around their existing environment and operational requirements.

A refreshed identity for a broader market

The FYNXT name remains. The refreshed identity and website reflect the company’s positioning as an operating platform for capital markets, extending its focus beyond brokerage to institutions including banks, securities and derivatives firms, and wealth and asset managers. FX, CFD and multi-asset brokers remain a core market.

Previously known as Simple2Trade, FYNXT has evolved from simplifying trading technology to connecting the client experience with the operations behind it. The new platform carries that purpose forward by giving institutions greater flexibility over how they run and grow their businesses.

FYNXT is also developing governed AI agents to assist with activities such as onboarding, compliance review and reconciliation. These agents are being designed around permissions, traceable evidence and human approval; they are not currently available as production capabilities.

Availability

The new platform is available now. Institutions can request a demonstration and discuss product scope, integrations and implementation at https://fynxt.com/. Existing clients can contact their account manager to assess their transition requirements.
