UK-Based Fiinu Discloses £12M Purchase of Foreign Exchange Brokerage Firm Everfex
- As part of the agreement, Fiinu will issue 80 million new ordinary shares to Granicus Holdings O.Ü, the sole owner of Everfex.
- Everfex was formed on January 1, 2025, following the acquisition of Stały Kurs sp. z o.o., a Polish firm that offered currency hedging services to SMEs.
