Trading platform provider cTrader announced on Wednesday that it is partnering with Blinger.io.
The deal between the two firms will see cTrader integrating its own live chat feature into Blinger.io’s customer support system.
Based in Belarus, Blinger.io allows a user to access almost every online messaging application, such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, in one place.
For consumers, it means that they can talk to customer support teams via the messaging application that they are accustomed to.

Similarly, a broker using the system will be able to provide its clients with a means of communication that is suited to their needs. Blinger.io also integrates all of the messaging applications into one program, meaning brokers can see all of their customer communications in one place, as opposed to clicking through twenty different applications to see what their clients want.
For cTrader, it may seem somewhat redundant to include such an application within its trading platform.
That’s because the technology provider already includes a chat option in its service offering. That means traders using a cTrader platform can chat to customer support through that existing chat.
But, in a statement issued on its website, Spotware, the company that owns cTrader, said that it would improve brokers’ ability to be communicating with their clients and give traders more lines of communication with the company they trade with.
cTrader is not the first company in the retail trading industry that Blinger.io works with. According to the company’s website, it is already doing business with FxPro.
