Binary options provider Tradesmarter has announced the launch of social trading via their Social Binary Chart. The product allows users to evaluate other trader activity within Tradesmarter’s network on a chart. According to Tradesmarter “this feature enables users to view other traders’ positions on the chart, witness their investment decisions, and tap into collective wisdom. This revolutionary feature sets a new standard in binary trading: a transparent platform with a social trading experience.”
The product works with users connecting the social feature of the platform with their Facebook accounts. Alternatively, traders can manually add social information such as their public name, photo, or avatar. The product allows users to customize their settings to indicate whether they allow their trades to be broadcast on the network publicly.

Commenting on the launch in a statement by the company, Tradesmarter CEO, Jonathan (Yoni) Avital stated “Our Social Binary Chart feature is part of an entire social layer that we’re adding later this year across our mobile and web platforms. I believe that this unique social feature will change the way traders trade binaries.” Readers can view the new features on a You Tube video that was uploaded by Tradesmarter.
The launch is part of a flurry of broker and technology provider activity that is taking place in tandem with this week’s IFXEXPO in Cyprus.

Great to see, finally, a company that comes up a social feature that makes a lot of sense especially for short term intervals.
Going social in the binary market is a brave move – transparency into what’s going on in real time markets is a key approach. Enabling users to view positions on the chart and see each other trades and share winnings is definitely a positive trend and a beneficial approach for the end user. I’m sure that it will be difficult for other binary providers to match… from experience and knowing some of them this is way too transparence .
Very good feature! I’m seeing increase of those social features likes etoro copytrader, communitraders from binaryoptionsthatsuck and zulutrade. Will it help the binary industry? not sure…
