- CONSOB's warning list continues to grow amid its ongoing efforts to stamp down on unauthorised activities in Italy.

Italy’s financial markets regulator, the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), today published a warning against a list of financial entities, informing investors that they are not authorised to provide investment services or activities in Italy.
The warning follows a previous update from the regulator concerning several binary options brokers that were similarly not permitted to solicit their services in the country.
