  • cFinancial is licensed in Seychelles as a securities dealer, with inquiries routed to the Cyprus firm's own sales and support desks.
  • The careers page has listed it among company products since early August, and the white paper dates back to June.

Spotware Systems, the Cyprus developer behind the cTrader platform, has extended into institutional liquidity through a Seychelles-licensed entity called cFinancial. The website is live and open to inquiries, and a 13-page white paper is available to download, ahead of a formal announcement.

cFinancial offers pricing aggregated from multiple sources, order routing and continuous execution-quality monitoring across FX, metals, commodities, indices, equities, crypto and synthetics, delivered over a single FIX 4.4 connection. Brokers can keep whichever bridge they already run, according to the site.

A Seychelles Entity Under the Spotware Brand

The site identifies the operator as cFinancial Ltd, a Seychelles company registered in Providence, Mahe, and says it is licensed by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles as a securities dealer under number SD169. cFinancial, cTrader and cBridge are described as Spotware trademarks used under license or affiliation.

Inquiries reach Spotware's own teams. The white paper lists sales@spotware.com and cs@spotware.com as its contacts, and the company's careers site already names its products as cTrader Store, cBridge and "cFinancial, an institutional liquidity provider," a page the Internet Archive captured on 7 August. The white paper's document properties carry a creation date of 3 June.

Platform, Bridge and Now Pricing

The line-up now spans three parts of a broker's setup. Spotware launched cBridge in March with fixed infrastructure pricing in place of volume fees, and has been adding liquidity providers to it since.

Chief Executive Ilia Iarovitcyn set out that approach when he told FinanceMagnates.com that "charging brokers extra for bridge access does not feel fair".

FinanceMagnates.com has sent questions to Spotware on the new product and on launch timing, and will update this article with the company's answers.

Technology Vendors With Liquidity Arms

The combination is well established. Match-Trade Technologies has paired its Match-Trader platform with Match-Prime Liquidity since December 2020, distributing through rival bridges as well as its own.

B2Broker moved the same way from software into flow, running B2Prime as a prime-of-prime business licensed in Cyprus, Mauritius and Seychelles.

Liquidity follows two other layers added in three weeks. Spotware packaged Intivion's CRM with cTrader and cBridge on 20 August.

On 4 September it connected cBridge to the regtech firm Finmatek for reporting under MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR. The company says more than 300 brokers and prop firms use its products.

cFinancial states the scope of the offer on its own site: the service is aimed at broker and institutional counterparties rather than retail investors, and is not offered to counterparties in the United States.
