  • The platform's AI Narrator explains market moves with scenarios and confidence scores instead of trading signals, bundling CRM, copy trading and fund tools into one system.
  • Brokers can add an AI decision layer without replacing MT5, cTrader or existing liquidity and risk setups, lowering switching costs.

CortexMarkets has become the latest company to introduce an artificial intelligence-focused trading platform, joining a growing number of brokers and technology providers adding AI-powered tools to trading workflows. The company is initially targeting brokers, proprietary trading firms and fund managers through institutional and white-label deployments, with a public retail launch planned later this year.

According to CortexMarkets, the trading platform combines market analysis, broker tools, customer relationship management, copy trading and fund management in a single system. The company said brokers can deploy the platform while continuing to use their existing trading infrastructure, including MetaTrader 5, cTrader, bridge technology, liquidity providers and risk management systems.

CortexMarkets enters a market where AI has become an increasing focus for trading technology providers. Recently, True AI launched its AI-native trading platform, B2BROKER integrated a native AI Assistant into B2TRADER, and Spotware introduced AI agent connectivity for cTrader.

"Our competitors aren't brokers. They're legacy trading terminals," founder Mohsin Jameel told Finance Magnates. "Cortex is the intelligence layer that allows brokers to modernise without replacing the infrastructure they've spent years building."

At the centre of the platform is an AI tool called AI Narrator, which provides market analysis for tradable instruments in real time. According to the company, the platform analyses market structure, macroeconomic factors, trader behaviour and pre-trade risk before generating market insights.

Rather than producing trading signals, the AI explains why markets are moving, outlines potential risks, presents alternative market scenarios and assigns a confidence score to its analysis.

"Every insight includes the reasoning behind the conclusion and, where appropriate, both bullish and bearish scenarios," Jameel said. "The AI informs, the trader decides."

The company added that traders can place trades with pre-calculated risk parameters, create alerts, perform scenario analysis, launch copy trading strategies or build automated trading algorithms using an integrated EA Builder.

Platform Targets Existing Broker Infrastructure

Jameel said CortexMarkets was designed as an AI-native trading operating system rather than an execution platform with AI features added later.

"Most trading platforms focus on execution," he said. "CortexMarkets focuses on improving the quality of the decision before the trade is ever placed."

The company said the platform is execution-layer independent and supports integration with FIX connectivity, broker bridges and existing liquidity providers. It said brokers using A-Book, B-Book or hybrid execution models can deploy the platform without replacing their existing technology stack.

CortexMarkets is currently working with selected strategic partners as part of a private rollout programme. Institutional deployments and white-label versions are available through a structured onboarding process, while the retail platform is scheduled for public release in the fourth quarter of this year.
