Acuity Trading has signed Bullwaves, a multi-asset trading brand run by Seychelles-licensed Equitex Capital Limited, to run its full market-intelligence software across the brand's platform, the two companies said.

The deal is Acuity's second inside the Bullwaves group, landing weeks after the London-based vendor struck a comparable agreement with the group's proprietary trading arm.

Under the agreement, Bullwaves will fold Acuity's market, event and trade intelligence tools into a trading environment that the company says covers mobile and desktop, including MetaTrader 5.

Acuity, an Acuity Analytics company that has supplied research tools to brokers since 2013, said Bullwaves keeps control over how the content is displayed and governed.

Two Deals, One Trading Group

Acuity first appeared in the group in June, when it signed Bullwaves Prime, the proprietary trading arm that runs trader evaluation programs. Both entities sit under the Bullwaves Group banner and share the same operations chief, Paolo Vullo, who spoke for the group in each announcement.

Adding the retail brand extends a relationship rather than starting one. Bullwaves describes its platform as offering access to multiple asset classes and lists MetaTrader 5 among its options, with Equitex Capital authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles.

Vullo said the goal is a platform where "market information is easier to understand and more relevant" to the decisions traders are weighing.

Acuity's Deal Run and AI Push

The Bullwaves agreement adds to a busy stretch for Acuity. In May, the vendor took an equity stake in MarketReader, a New York startup that generates real-time explanations for market moves.

CEO Andrew Lane then took the top job at MarketReader two weeks after the deal closed, and now leads both firms. Around the same time, Acuity co-integrated its data into WNSTN's AI chatbot for brokers, and this month it placed its full suite inside Blueberry's Pulse product.

Lane said brokers now want "structured, contextual information that sits inside the platform experience," a pitch he has repeated across recent tie-ups. He framed the Bullwaves deal as backing for what he called intelligence-led platform development.

Research Tools Turn Into a Standard Add-On

Automated market analysis has moved from a selling point toward a baseline broker feature. Acuity's own April launch of chart pattern recognition put it into a category dominated for two decades by Autochartist, the Cyprus-based vendor that oneZero acquired in February 2025 and now feeds into platforms such as cTrader.

Paris-based Trading Central covers similar ground, selling technical and analytics feeds that brokers rebadge as their own. Larger names are keeping the work in-house, with XTB in July launching an AI analytical chat built on LSEG and Reuters data.

Acuity is selling a white-label bundle that brokers embed without building it themselves, and the Bullwaves deals show that pitch reaching both the retail and prop sides of a single group.

The suite blends AI-supported processing with analyst input, and Acuity says its outputs are informational, not personalized advice.
