Startupbootcamp Fintech has added Liz Lumley as its newest London-based managing director, according to a recent report from Automated Trader.

Ms. Lumley comes equipped with over two decades of experience across both the financial technology (FinTech) and services sector. Her most recent role was at Finextra, where she served as the special projects editor. Additional stops include Inside Reference Data and Waters Technology.

In her new role as the managing director, she will be tasked with running the Accelerator program in London at Startupbootcamp FinTech.

According to Ms. Lumley in a recent statement on the appointment, "I have seen a lot of changes in banking, technology and financial services over the past two decades, and I believe passionately in the development of the burgeoning fintech sector. I am very excited to be joining the Startupbootcamp family and look forward to helping grow and develop a new generation of innovative fintech providers.”
