Wael Makarem Joins Exness as Senior Market Strategist for MENA
- He will be the face of the brokerage on regional English and Arabic media.

The Global FX and CFDs broker, Exness announced on Monday the appointment of Wael Makarem as the Senior Market Strategist for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
He has already joined the role and is now responsible for representing the brokerage on both English and Arabic media platforms. Furthermore, he will host webinars and trading workshops across the MENA region and will conduct market analysis, according to the press release shared with Finance Magnates.
“As part of the rapidly expanding Exness team, l will support the firm’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Middle East and support the substantial growth they have already achieved over the past few years,” Makarem said in a statement.
“Exness is an extremely customer-centric business, and as part of my role I will ensure all traders have the knowledge they need about the financial markets in order to make the best trading decisions possible.”
Strengthening the Team
Makarem has a decade of working experience in the industry. He joined Exness from rival ICM.com, where he spent almost four years as a Market Analyst. He entered the industry as a Trader for FXCM MENA and later moved to Credit Financier Invest (CFI) as a Market Analyst and Private Banker.
