More specifically, the group has welcomed a total of five new additions, including Rick Salk who joins as its newest Global Head of Sales – moreover, Nihit Ahuja, Ali Mentesh, Vidya Subramaniam, and Peter Martin have also joined Volante as Sales Directors.
In their new respective roles, Ahuja, Mentesh, and Subramaniam will be based out of Volante’s London City office, while Peter will work out of Volante’s office in Dubai. The rapid accretion of its sales team comes amidst a bourgeoning product suite at Volante, including VolPay. Consequently, Volante has opted to expand its sales operations amidst heightened market interest in the VolPay product lineup.
Mr. Salk will join Volante from Misys Banking Systems, having worked as a key member of the sales team for more two decades, including a stint as its Director of North America. In his new role as the Global Head of Sales at Volante, Mr. Salk will be based out of Volante’s Headquarters in Jersey City and be tasked with the oversight of all further development and expansion of Volante’s global sales operations. He will be reporting directly to Vijay Oddiraju, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Volante Technologies.
According to Mr. Oddiraju, in a recent statement on the appointments: “We are experiencing a clear and growing appetite for our VolPay suite of payment integration and processing products which is reflected in the need to expand our sales team.”
