Gabriel Styllas, the chief executive officer of TopFX, is heading off in a new direction. According to his linkedin profile, November 2015 was the last month for Styllas at TopFX after four years with the group- he has started filling the role of CEO at a new, yet to be announced, firm.
TopFX is a Cyprus regulated financial firm with a robust suite of services ranging from asset management to prime brokerage and liquidity solutions – the group specializes in a number of asset classes, namely FX, with a client base on six continents. It offers a range of over fifty currency pairs and precious metals to brokerages, hedge funds and other financial institutions looking for a complete straight-through processing solution or just to hedge their exposure.

Styllas served as TopFX’s CEO since November 2011, and prior to that he was the Head of Compliance & AML Cyprus-Greece at Deutsche Bank AG for over five years. He has a B.A. Economics with Specialisation in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and an MSc in International Banking and Financial Studies from the University of Southampton. He started his career with the Bank of Cyprus Ltd where he worked for four years as a Head of the New Business Division.
