- Steven Weller has announced his retirement from Sberbank CIB, ending a career in FX that has spanned three decades.

Longtime currency markets veteran and current Managing Director and Head of FX at Sberbank Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), Steven Weller, has announced his retirement, according to an FXweek report.
Mr. Weller has been the acting managing director and head of FX at Sberbank CIB since 2009, out of Moscow. Despite leaving the bank, he maintains at the present no plans to pursue any future roles within the industry, snapping a three-decade long stint in FX roles.
