Lykke Corp, a global exchange marketplace and platform provider for emerging technology, has on-boarded Seamus Donoghue as its newest Director, based out of Singapore, Finance Magnates has learned.
In his new role at Lykke, Mr. Donoghue will be working out of Singapore – the group focuses on leveraging developments in blockchain technology as part of a bid to foster a global internet exchange with immediate settlement for all asset classes and types of financial instruments. He steps into the new position with immediate effect after serving a lengthy tenure in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and Canada.

He joins Lykke from Allocate Bullion Solutions (ABS), having worked for the group for over four years. In this capacity, he served as the group’s Chief Executive Officer in Singapore. Additionally he also worked at Aurum Corporation Pte as a Managing Partner, dating back to 2012.
The majority of his career has been relegated to working in the banking sector, including stints at global lenders such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) as its Asia Head of G10 FX Forwards and Swaps as well as the co-Head of Yen Interest Rate Swaps at Barclays Capital.
He has also worked at Deutsche Bank as its co-Head of Global Markets Finance Group in Japan and a Vice President of JPMorgan, extending back to 1991, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
