ITG Adds Saro Jahani as Head of Global Technology Architecture
- Mr. Jahani is once again on the move, this time to ITG, to help spearhead its Technology Architecture unit.

Mr. Jahani joins ITG from TrueEx, following a stint as its Chief Information Officer (CIO). In addition, he also worked at Direct Edge, which previously merged with BATS Global Markets back in 2014 –in this capacity he worked in a similar role for nearly four years.

In his new role as the Managing Director and Head of Global Technology Architecture, Mr. Jahani will focus on the information technology space, having garnered nearly three decades of experience across the industry and securities realm.
He will step into the lead role in ensuring the implementation of ITG’s Atlas-based trading tools, which also includes the implementation of its Atlas Service Oriented Architecture. Mr. Jahani will also be a member of ITG’s Technology Executive Committee, where he will focus on the advancement of the group’s technology stack.
