ING Bank has made a new senior hire, strengthening its Asian debt syndicate team with the addition of Winston Tay, who joins the group with immediate effect, according to a Reuters report.
His new role at ING will be as Head of Asian debt syndicate – in this capacity he will work out of Singapore, where he is responsible for all Asia and Australia.
