GMO Click, the Japanese broker specializing in a variety of financial instruments, namely Forex , has announced a series of executive appointments across its GMO Holdings and Securities Global (SEC) divisions, according to a GMO Click statement.

First, GMO Click Holdings has named Hideyuki Takashima as acting director, chairman and representative executive officer. Mr. Takashima has previously served GMO as its Director, President & CEO. The man filling the void of Director, President & CEO of GMO Click Holdings is Hiroyasu Kito, the former President of FX Prime by GMO.

In addition, GMO Click SEC has announced the appointment of Hideyuki Takashima as its chairman and CEO – Mr. Takashima has also served as the President & CEO. In this respect, Hiroyasu Kito will also succeed Takashima in the same fashion, named as the new President & CEO of GMO Click SEC.

FX Prime Names New President

Finally, FX Prime by GMO has named Kazutoshi Yasuda as its President & CEO who has previously served as the Marketing manager. Mr. Yasuda succeeds former President Hiroyasu Kito, who resigned the position.
