Based in Singapore, Tan will be responsible for the build-out of Diginex’s regulatory footprint in the city-state, along with additional responsibility for supporting the global business from a risk perspective.

She is bringing almost 20 years of financial industry experience to her new role with extensive knowledge of risk and compliance management.

A financial industry veteran

Tan is joining Diginex from DNB ASA, where she was heading the team responsible for risk and compliance in Asia. Meanwhile, Diginex is on a hiring spree and has made multiple high-profile appointments. Prior to Tan, the company hired Thibault Verbiest as head of regulatory affairs for Europe and Africa, while onboarding its new COO last month.
