Cantor Fitzgerald has continued expanding its executive team, this time naming four new additions to its Portfolio Solutions team, according to a Cantor Fitzgerald statement.

In particular, Cantor Fitzgerald has revamped its Portfolio Solutions team in both New York and London. Filip Skala will serve as Cantor’s Head of US Portfolio solutions, based out of its New York office. In this capacity he will help focus on the group’s business development and product implementation.

Alternatively, Kenneth Wong will also be joining Cantor Fitzgerald’s New York office – he will serve as its newest Senior Vice President (SVP) and Portfolio Manager, with a penchant on client portfolio restructuring management and trading strategies.

In London, Cantor Fitzgerald has tapped Khairul Hussain as its Director of IT, who looks to step into the role with immediate effect. He will be tasked with the oversight of Cantor’s technology and application development for the Portfolio Solutions group.

Finally, Jemma Broadgate also joins Cantor Fitzgerald’s London team, working as its Director of Institutional Sales. She will handle Cantor’s bourgeoning UK business with a focus on clientele in the region. All four candidates will be reporting to Michael Gardner, Cantor Fitzgerald’s Global Head of Portfolio Solutions.

According to Shawn P. Matthews, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. in a recent statement on the appointments, "I am pleased to welcome Filip, Kenneth, Khairul, and Jemma to Cantor. These appointments demonstrate our ability to attract exceptional talent across the industry, and our continued commitment to providing clients with top-notch service. Their experience and insight combined with our global distribution platform provides clients with a reliable and customized transition management and asset servicing partner."

"The team has managed some of the largest and most complex portfolio transitions in the industry, and I expect them to expand and deepen our ability to serve the needs of our clients. We are pleased to welcome them to the team, and look forward to leveraging their experience in portfolio construction, custom transition structuring, beta implementation, and Risk Management ," added Mr. Gardner, Global Head of Portfolio Solutions at Cantor Fitzgerald, in an accompanying statement.

The tranche of hires at Cantor’s Portfolio Solutions team comes just two months after it restructured its Fixed Income team in the US. John Altier and Andrew Javorsky joined Cantor in June as the group’s newest Managing Directors, following the appointments of Kevin Bowen and David Ballard as its Senior Vice Presidents (SVP) in May.
