BNP Paribas Investment Partners, an asset management affiliate of BNP Paribas SA, has appointed Simon Roberts as its newest head of its global equity team, along with a trio of senior portfolio managers to serve his team.
In Mr. Roberts’ newest role as the head of global Equities , he will be based out of London where he will report to Guy Davies, BNP Paribas’ director of equities. Moreover, he will have a team constituting of senior portfolio managers that includes Jonathan Barnett, James Mann and Stewart Lambert.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Roberts worked at a number of leading asset management companies, including Fidelity, Lazard Asset Management, BlueCrest Capital and NewSmith.
