BNP Paribas Appoints APAC Head Christophe Cerisier
- Christophe Cerisier has parted ways with GE Capital to join the ranks of BNP Paribas as its newest Asia-Pacific (APAC) head, where he will focus on Loan Capital Markets (LCM).

BNP Paribas has made a number of moves across its global business, including the downsizing of its commodities operations, the resignation of its chairman, and the reshuffling of European heads in the past couple months.
In his new role at BNP Paribas as its Head of LCM, Mr. Cerisier will be responsible for leveraged and structured corporate finance operations, localized to the APAC region. He will be reporting to Christian Charnace, BNP’s Head of Investment Banking – APAC.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas this month, Mr. Cerisier worked at GE Capital since 2007, where he was the Head of Sponsor Finance – APAC. Prior to this he held a number of senior roles at Credit Agricole CIB.
