BGC Partners Adds Ina Kristina Olsson in Senior Scandinavian Broking Role

Ms. Olsson will begin her appointment pending the requisite legal requirements, and will be based out of Nyon, Switzerland – in this capacity she will be reporting to BGC’s Jean-Pierre Aubin, its Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Listed Products and General Manager of Continental Europe. She will be tasked with helping oversee and manage the group’s existing Scandinavian swaps and bonds business, and driving BGC’s expansion into the Scandinavian markets.
She joins BGC from Gottex Brokers, having worked as its Head of Scandinavian Products since 2010. Additionally, she also held senior level roles at ICAP. According to Shaun D. Lynn, President of BGC, in a recent statement on the appointment: "BGC Partners is a company where talent and technology go hand in hand to help us deliver the best possible service to our clients. Bringing the best people into the business is critical to our future, and I'm confident that Ina will be a valuable addition to the team."
