Amana Capital has looked internally in making its newest senior appointment, tapping Amr Masry as its Vice President of Sales, Finance Magnates has learned.
The promotion marks the latest upward move for Masry, who has been with Amana Capital since 2015.
The appointment to VP of Sales caps off an impressive career for the Dubai-based executive, having originally joined Amana Capital as an Account Manager.
During his five years with the company, Masry has focused his tenure on sales and relationship management. In 2017 he was promoted to Senior Relationship Manager, a role he held up until this month, paving the way for his promotion.
The entirety of his tenure at Amana Capital has been spent whilst being based out of Dubai for the financial services provider – his new role will not see any change of locale.
His entire career in the FX space has been spent at Amana Capital, per information made public on his Linkedin profile.
