Acuity Trading, which provides market data to brokers, has onboarded Rhys Jenkins as the company’s new Marketing Manager. He has already joined the company and is based in Poole, UK office.

Announced on Monday, Jenkins’s primary responsibility at Acuity will be to drive marketing campaigns. Additionally, he will oversee other client-centric activities like events, online webinars and social media/ digital content.

“I am delighted to join the Acuity team at such a pivotal moment in the businesses’ growth,” Jenkins said in a statement. “The Fintech market is extremely dynamic, and I am looking forward to developing marketing campaigns across the financial market verticals both in Europe and beyond.”

Jenkins has extensive digital and direct marketing experience and has spent the past decade working in sectors like the automotive industry, events, recruitment and B2B technology.

He joined Acuity from Spire Technology, an IT distribution company in the UK. Before that, he was with Jamie Miller Marketing Recruitment and had separate stints at Eira and Pump Pal as a Marketing Assistant.

Ongoing Expansions

His appointment at Acuity came when the company started to expand its operations and products lines. Furthermore, it completed its first acquisition last March with the purchase of research firm Signal Centre.

Acuity CEO, Andrew Lane said: “We’re expanding our operations and product offerings at a rapid pace. In order to sustain our growth and to thrive even further, we will continue to invest in our company’s structure and in the professional development of our existing team. Recruiting top talent plays a huge role in our strategy for future success, and we are delighted to welcome Rhys to our team.”
