Atom8 Adds Former Fortress Prime Sales Head Bobby Winters
Mr. Winters joins Atom8 from Fortress Prime, following an eleven-month stint as its APAC Head of Sales.

Atom8 has appointed veteran foreign exchange (FX) executive Bobby Winters, who joins the broker as its newest Head of Sales in Asia with immediate effect, Finance Magnates has learned.

Mr. Winters joins Atom8 from Fortress Prime, following an eleven-month stint as its Head of Sales in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In his new role he will be based out of Jakarta, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile. He has been involved in the FX space for over a decade, working at several brokers and financial service providers, including most recently in the Asian realm.

Prior to working at Fortress Prime, Mr. Winters also held multiple senior level positions at Boston Technologies and Boston Prime, including stints as its Managing Director – Southeast Asia and Business Intelligence Specialist, as well as a key player in Prime’s Business Intelligence Unit, dating back to 2012. In addition, he has worked at FXCM, dbFX, among other roles.
Atom8 is a London based ECN that provides a wide range of FX and spread-betting services for both private and institutional clients. The hire of Mr. Winters is the first marquee hire for the broker in its APAC unit in the 2016 year. Finance Magnates reached out to Mr. Winters who was unavailable for additional comment.
Atom8 hiring Nick, Bobby Winters & John Woods. I guess this will be the next broker to fall. I am flabbergasted why the CEO David Andrews would hire these players who were apart of a multi million dollar scam, surely the FCA would not concur.
