  • The company has created a new Chief Commercial Officer role and given it to Przemysław Wojtyna, its group sales lead since 2021, centralising sales and marketing oversight across the company's business lines.
  • The internal promotion follows a period of expansion for the trading technology provider, which has grown its sales footprint to Dubai and reported rising client acquisition through the first half of 2026.

Match-Trade Technologies has appointed Przemysław Wojtyna as its first Chief Commercial Officer, a newly created position combining oversight of sales and marketing across the company's business lines.

An Internal Promotion, Rather than an Outside Hire

Wojtyna is not an outside hire. He joined Match-Trade in October 2021 and has worked through several roles at the company, including helping set up its Cyprus office, building out its payments infrastructure business, and most recently running group sales.

CEO Michał Karczewski said the role was created to bring coordination to a company that now operates several business lines, each with its own sales cycle, under one client base. He said the CCO position is meant to help align resource allocation and go-to-market execution across those lines.

During Wojtyna's time leading group sales, Match-Trade expanded its sales operation to include an office in Dubai and added coverage in Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Russian and Spanish. The company said new client onboarding rose year over year during that period, and that the first half of 2026 has it on pace for another record year of client acquisition.

Context: A Platform Expanding Beyond FX

Match-Trade Technologies was founded in 2013 and provides brokerage infrastructure including white label trading technology, CRM and client office tools, liquidity connectivity, and prediction markets. The company has reported a sharp rise in server clients between 2024 and 2025, driven by adoption among both brokers and prop trading firms, and has expanded Match-Trader to include prediction markets and full MT5 integration as it looks to capture growth in that segment.

The company attributed the client growth to increasing broker and prop firm adoption of its platform, though it has not disclosed exact user numbers.

The CCO appointment sits against that backdrop of platform expansion and geographic growth in sales coverage.

In his new role, Wojtyna will oversee both sales and marketing across the company's business lines. He said his focus is on introducing new commercial products, refining how the company packages its offerings, and improving coordination between teams and partners. He described the goal as helping clients understand the value Match-Trade delivers, saying the company would prioritise communicating that value over aggressive selling.

Wojtyna has more than 15 years of experience in FX, CFD, brokerage and payments, including work with banks and payment service providers and involvement in licensing and governance within the payments sector.
