INFINOX has appointed Artem Gonov as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the company announced, as it looks to enhance its global technology strategy and scale its product infrastructure.
Experienced Leadership
Gonov brings over 15 years of technology leadership experience in the financial services sector. Most recently, he served as Head of Technology at FxPro, where he led cross-border tech teams and implemented strategies aligned with business goals.
Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at Exinity in senior roles focused on digital transformation. In his new role, Gonov will lead INFINOX’s global technology efforts. His priorities will include upgrading infrastructure, improving platform performance, and supporting an expanding pipeline of new products.
The CFD brokerage firm has strengthened its workforce lately, with recent key appointments. In May, it appointed Aditya Singh as the new Head of Product and Strategy.
With over a decade of experience in the fintech and trading space, Aditya brings deep expertise in institutional strategy, product development, and platform innovation.

In April, Lee Holmes returned to INFINOX to become the CEO after working for two years as Sales Head at Hantec and Exinity. The appointment came when the FCA-regulated broker had experienced a visible revenue decline despite returning to profitability in fiscal year 2024.

“All my colleagues here, and the company itself, have always been very close to my heart,” Holmes commented for FinanceMagnates.com. The company, however, posted a 233% increase in revenue for the period January to April 2025, compared to the same period in the previous year.
Similarly, Tatiana Kononovich was enlisted as General Manager at INFINOX Capital. According to the announcement, in this role, she will reportedly be part of the Executive Team, focusing on business growth and strategy execution . Before joining INFINOX, Kononovich worked at Exinity for about eight years in various leadership roles.
