Exclusive Capital focuses on expanding into wider markets.
Panagiotou is hired to drive continued business growth for the company.
Exclusive Capital, an asset and wealth management firm based in Cyprus, announced the appointment of Elena Panagiotou as the company’s new Director of Growth to support the firm with its ongoing business growth, on Wednesday.
Panagiotou will work closely with Exclusive Capital’s executive team, taking responsibility for managing the intersection of marketing, sales and product development, to help ensure that the company is meeting its growth metrics. She will have a specific focus on driving incremental revenue through qualified traffic across the brand’s digital channels, scaling cost-effective customer acquisition strategies across various digital marketing channels, developing the strategic plan, using analytics to inform decisions, and driving execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals.
Elena Panagiotou
Panagiotou has over 8 years of experience working for some of Cyprus’ leading financial institutions. Before joining Exclusive Capital, she worked at 1Market, a stockbroker in Cyprus, as Global Head of Partnerships. Prior to that, she served increasing roles at IronFX, a Cyprus-based broker, where she was promoted from one job to another. Panagiotou joined IronFX as a Marketing Officer, but after two years she was promoted to work as the Marketing and Design Supervisor, and subsequently was elevated to Head of Marketing and Affiliation, and finally to Chief Marketing Officer. In her early career, Panagiotou served as Assistant Human Resource Manager at PrimeTel PLC, a Cyprus telecommunications company.
Helping Clients Navigate the Complex Process of Growing Wealth
Launched in 2014, Exclusive Capital is on a mission to provide a world-class multi-asset service to its customers and help more people to achieve financial wellbeing. In August last year, the asset manager launched an enhanced full financial brokerage solution suite to give business owners the ability to build, scale and profit from its own online brokerage. Moreover, the firm launched bridge solutions to enable partners and brokerage firms to access pricing information, advanced aggregation and liquidity.
Furthermore, last year, Exclusive Capital launched a new product offering, fractional stocks, to enable financial firms to diversify their offerings to investors within an ever-changing market. The company’s innovative fractional stock offerings allow investors to purchase and access stocks of over 5,000 firms globally. Some of these include the most desirable and large-cap stocks in the world, like L’Oreal, BNP Paribas, Tesla, Apple, Porsche, Bank of America and many more.

Paytiko CEO Razi Salih on Why Payment Orchestration is a MUST-HAVE for Brokers in 2026
At iFX Expo Dubai, Finance Magnates spoke with Razi Salih, CEO at Paytiko, about the evolution of the payments ecosystem and why payment orchestration has shifted from an option to a necessity for brokers, prop firms, and exchanges.
Mr. Salih explains how global expansion, the need for deep localisation, and the sheer number of new payment methods, from instant banking to stablecoins, are driving this critical infrastructure shift.

Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav sits down with Finance Magnates to discuss the core technology challenges facing CFD brokers and proprietary trading firms today.
Jadhav explains how the industry's reliance on batch processing and fragmented systems (where CRMs, risk tools, and trading platforms operate with separate 'sources of truth') leads to delayed data and inconsistent operational decisions. He argues that real-time event processing is essential for managing fast-moving trading activity and risk.
Learn how Altima's unified, event-driven architecture, connecting Altima CRM, Altima Prop, IB systems, and risk management through a single backbone, is designed to provide synchronous data and better operational coordination for modern brokerage and prop firm stacks.
Key Topics:
- Broker and Prop Firm Data Challenges
- The problem of delayed data processing (batch processing vs. real-time events)
- Fragmented systems and conflicting data sources
- Altima's unified, event-driven solution architecture
- The concept of a "risk-aware CRM"
- Built-in risk management in Altima Prop
