Australia’s online trading platform Blueberry has appointed Ghaith Alghatas as Head of Partners for MENA. He is based in Cyprus and joins the broker on a full-time basis.
Experience in Partner Management
Before joining Blueberry, Alghatas worked at Pepperstone as Senior Partners Manager in Limassol. He previously spent some time at IC Markets, first serving as Partner Manager in Cyprus and later Team Leaders of Partners department. In that role, he oversaw performance monitoring, and supervised partner-related operations.

Earlier in his career, Alghatas worked at SquaredFinancial as a Business Development and Account Manager. His responsibilities included acquiring and managing partners, affiliates , introducing brokers and institutional clients.

Blueberry has been strengthening its operations in the MENA region with new appointments. This month Magdy Mohamed joined as Head of Marketing for the MENA region. In this role, he oversees the broker’s marketing efforts and regional brand development.
Other Recent Hires at Blueberry Markets
His appointment follows a recent series of leadership moves at Blueberry, including the promotion of Christopher Nelson-Smith to Chief Operating Officer. Nelson-Smith previously served as Head of Trading and Operations at the company.
Earlier this year, the broker became the Official Online Trading Partner of the Bonds Flying Roos ahead of the Abu Dhabi Grand Final of SailGP, as part of a multi-year effort to boost its global profile through high-visibility sporting partnerships.
Additionally, Blueberry recently completed a rebrand and launched new websites for clients and partners. The update introduced a new logo, visual identity, and digital interface as the broker continues to expand its global presence and address growing demand from retail and professional traders.
Offering more than 2,000 instruments, including forex, shares, commodities, indices, and crypto, the broker then partnered with Spotware to add the cTrader platform to its trading offering.
