Foreign Exchange trading Technology Provider Integral has onboarded a new CTO. The company hired a seasoned veteran with a raft of experience in the industry.

The former ION Trading CEO and COO, Gavin Bambury is joining the company after leaving his former position in 2017. The new CTO of Integral has a raft of experience in the industry.

Bambury was Citigroup’s CTO in fixed income and currency sales and trading and spent almost 15 years at the company. He then joined Deutsche Bank for four years before ending up at ION Trading in 2011.

Bambury will be reporting directly to Integral’s executive team and will be based in London. The new CTO of Integral shared that he is looking forward to leading Integral’s FX solutions team.

The company has recently been posting increasingly impressive trading volumes numbers. Back in May, the firm announced that a total of $35 billion have been transacted via its FX trading infrastructure.
