The forum includes panels, exhibitions, networking sessions, and trade opportunities.
The Cyprus Diaspora Forum’25 formally begins today (Thursday)
with a series of panel discussions, following a welcome event held yesterday
evening. The four-day forum, founded by Paul Lambis, brings together members of
the Cypriot diaspora and representatives from Cyprus' public and private
sectors.
The Forum is taking place at the Amara Hotel. It includes a mix of B2B and B2C activities, with panel discussions,
keynote speeches, and networking sessions scheduled throughout the event.
Panellists discuss challenges and opportunities for women entrepreneurs in leadership.

Breaking Barriers and Empowering Change” was held. The session focused on
the challenges female entrepreneurs face, particularly in navigating gender bias
and stereotypes in traditionally male-dominated sectors.
Key topics included strategies for turning setbacks into
opportunities, the importance of a resilient entrepreneurial mindset, and the
value of networking among women entrepreneurs.
The discussion also covered building clear and practical
business plans. Andrea Badiola Mateos, Chief Commercial Officer at Finance
Magnates, moderated the session.
Panel on Marketing and Branding: Building connections in a crowded world

trends, the impact of data analytics and AI on brand communication, and the
growing use of short-form content for time-sensitive promotions. Additionally,
the panel addresses how personalised customer experiences and transparent
communication contribute to building trust and enhancing brand perception.
