“Donna Titi and James Hudson of Titan FX on stage at the UF Global Awards 2023 in Limassol, Cyprus"
Titan FX was awarded the UF Global Award for Best Customer Support during a ceremony held at the Columbia Beach venue in Limassol, Cyprus on September 21, following the closing of iFX EXPO International 2023. Titan FX Head of Compliance Donna Titi was handed the trophy that highlights outstanding performance in customer support in the online trading and fintech industry.
The Vanuatu-based broker had already won an UF Award for Best Customer Support in the APAC Region at a previous event in Bangkok back in June. This new award confirms the recognition of Titan FX by its industry peers as the standard setter in customer service, both regionally and globally.
“This is yet another testament to the unwavering commitment and dedication of our team to provide exceptional support to our valued customers. We believe that caring about traders at every step of their experience is the cornerstone of any successful forex broker business, and this second UF award only reaffirms our belief” said Donna Titi, who proudly made an addition to the trophy shelf when she came back to the head office in Vanuatu.
“What makes this recognition even more exhilarating is that it has been granted to us by a jury of our peers, which goes to show they understand our challenges and appreciate how fervently we strive to overcome those”, she added.
More support = More satisfaction = More loyalty
Titan FX has been ramping up its efforts in recent years to empower traders by delivering a fair, secure, transparent, and trustworthy trading environment, regardless of their skill level or account size. The broker has built a strong multilingual customer service team which is available 24/7, just one click away.
“Knowledgeable and empathetic customer support is the bridge between customer satisfaction and loyalty. We make sure our support agents stay on top of the latest knowledge and are able to understand the customer's point of view, so that our traders have their issues resolved quickly and efficiently, and they are more likely to feel valued and respected”, said Titi.
Mingling with industry peers is good for business
This was the third time in the past 12 months that Titan FX sent a delegation to iFX EXPO events, and the second time it was nominated for the adjoining UF Awards. While most senior executives work from the company’s headquarter in Vanuatu, these events are an opportunity for them to meet with members of their staff scattered in more than 20 different countries.
About twelve Titan FX employees from all across the Asia Pacific and Europe regions met in Cyprus this year, which allowed them to mingle with industry peers and to learn more about the current issues facing various market participants. Among them was Titan FX Head of People James Hudson, who accompanied Donna Titi on stage to claim the award.
“It is key for our team to be able to get out there and meet current and potential business partners, so they can put faces on our names and we can strengthen our relationships, even though we have to fly very long distances from our home base of Vanuatu to do so”, Hudson acknowledged.

Paytiko CEO Razi Salih on Why Payment Orchestration is a MUST-HAVE for Brokers in 2026
At iFX Expo Dubai, Finance Magnates spoke with Razi Salih, CEO at Paytiko, about the evolution of the payments ecosystem and why payment orchestration has shifted from an option to a necessity for brokers, prop firms, and exchanges.
Mr. Salih explains how global expansion, the need for deep localisation, and the sheer number of new payment methods, from instant banking to stablecoins, are driving this critical infrastructure shift.

Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav sits down with Finance Magnates to discuss the core technology challenges facing CFD brokers and proprietary trading firms today.
Jadhav explains how the industry's reliance on batch processing and fragmented systems (where CRMs, risk tools, and trading platforms operate with separate 'sources of truth') leads to delayed data and inconsistent operational decisions. He argues that real-time event processing is essential for managing fast-moving trading activity and risk.
Learn how Altima's unified, event-driven architecture, connecting Altima CRM, Altima Prop, IB systems, and risk management through a single backbone, is designed to provide synchronous data and better operational coordination for modern brokerage and prop firm stacks.
Key Topics:
- Broker and Prop Firm Data Challenges
- The problem of delayed data processing (batch processing vs. real-time events)
- Fragmented systems and conflicting data sources
- Altima's unified, event-driven solution architecture
- The concept of a "risk-aware CRM"
- Built-in risk management in Altima Prop
